How we handle refunds at MY PRINCESSES M & M

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need a refund, please review our policy below to understand your options.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • In its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-refundable.
